These terms apply to the use of Plumbline, a service that measures the liquidity of crypto tokens on centralized exchanges from public order books and compares it with the targets you enter.
What the service does
Plumbline samples the public order books of the exchanges you select, computes spread, depth and uptime figures against the contract targets you enter, sends alerts to the channels you connect, and produces monthly reports. It reads public data only. It never holds an exchange account or an API key of yours, never places an order and never moves funds.
What the service does not do
Plumbline does not give legal, financial or investment advice. A measured gap is a number computed from public data against targets you entered; it is not a legal assessment of whether any party met its contractual obligations. Plumbline does not detect or allege wash trading or any other conduct, does not measure trading volume, and does not judge intent. You draw your own conclusions and take your own decisions.
Your account and organization
You are responsible for the accuracy of the tokens, venues and contract targets you enter, for the people you invite to your organization and their roles, and for keeping your credentials private. Owners can change billing, members and contracts; editors can change tokens and contracts; viewers can read.
Data and availability
Measurements depend on exchanges' public endpoints, which can be slow, rate-limited or down. When a sample cannot be taken, it is recorded as unavailable and excluded from uptime, never counted as a gap. Plumbline aims for continuous measurement but does not guarantee it. Raw samples are kept 35 days; aggregates, daily results and monthly reports are kept for the life of your account.
Plans and payment
The trial is free for 14 days. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe; card details never reach Plumbline. Without an active plan your account stays readable but stops sending alerts and generating reports. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; the current period runs to its end.
Liability
Plumbline is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, its liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Plumbline is not liable for decisions you take on the basis of its measurements, nor for the conduct of exchanges or market makers.
