Plumbline collects the minimum needed to run the service. This page says what, why, and for how long.
What we store about you
Your name, e-mail address and a hashed password; the organizations you belong to and your role in them; the tokens, venues and contract targets your organization enters; the Telegram chats your organization connects (the chat id and title, never message history); and an audit trail of changes made in your organization.
What we do not store
No exchange API keys, no wallet addresses, no payment card numbers (Stripe holds them), no message content from your Telegram chats, no tracking of your browsing across other sites.
Market data
Order book samples are public data collected once for everyone; they are not personal data. Which tokens an organization follows is private to that organization and is never published or used to build the public liquidity pages, which list only tokens the operator chose to publish.
Who processes it
Plumbline runs on a server rented from Hetzner in the European Union. Payments are processed by Stripe. Alerts are delivered by Telegram to chats you connected. No data is sold or shared with advertisers.
Retention and your rights
Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Raw market samples are kept 35 days; aggregates are kept indefinitely because they are not personal. You can ask for a copy or the deletion of your personal data at the contact address below.
Cookies
One session cookie keeps you signed in. There is no analytics or advertising cookie.
